“Biomaterials and molecular mechanisms in the context of Skin Regeneration”

The 3B´s Research Group – Biomaterials, Biodegradables and Biomimetics from the University of Minho, Portugal (https://3bs.uminho.pt) is organizing a Summer School in the scope of the European Horizon 2020 Twinning project Gene2Skin - Roadmap for advanced genetic engineering-based skin therapies. A panel composed of lecturers hailing from Biomaterials and Skin Molecular Mechanisms will provide a strong scientific program and a unique opportunity of direct interaction with students. Furthermore, several educational activities are planned in order to reinforce students’ various skills, covering several areas such as scientific communication, networking, results dissemination and publishing in a relaxed environment. The event will be held in the beautiful city of Porto, elected the 2017 European Best Destination by European voters, from the 6th to the 8th of June 2018.
