An important goal of GENE2SKIN is to reduce the gap between academia and industry by:
- promoting a number of outreach activities that will allow industries to be aware of GENE2SKIN
- promoting a culture of innovative research and the generation of IP
- expanding the network of industrial contacts
- joint applications to innovation programmes
- establishment of collaboration agreements with industrial players
- display the novel developed technologies at biotechnological trade fairs
- dissemination of newsletters, press releases and targeted emails through specific industrial contact lists
