The 2017 GENE2SKIN Winter School is being organized in the scope of the European Horizon 2020 Twinning project GENE2SKIN: Roadmap for advanced genetic engineering-based skin therapies. It aims at providing young researchers a learning experience regarding the molecular mechanisms involved in skin physiology and pathophysiology and potential gene-based therapies for the treatment of several skin diseases.

Main topics to be addressed are Diabetic Wounds, Melanoma, Squamous Carcinoma, Genodermatosis and Wound Healing.
